Mohare Danda trek is also known as Eco-community lodge trekking. The trekking packages are designed in such a model that it helps to promote tourism in rural areas with effective efforts to maintain and preserve the natural components and local livelihood. You are encouraged for a homestay for your lodging and food as you will not only support the families and the communities equally, you will also get the firsthand experience of Nepali brotherhood and hospitality.

Mohare Danda trek is moderate in difficulty level thus it is suitable for a family trip. It is an ideal trekking destination for the groups with young children and old aged members. The landscapes, traveling through the jungles, walking pass the villages and paddy farms provide you an opportunity to evaluate the life and essence of our existence. Your family members will have an opportunity of lifetime and obtain an immortal feeling of togetherness under the broad bright sky watching over the sunrises and sunsets over the never-ending mountains like Annapurna I (8091m), Dhaulagiri I (8167m), Machhapuchhre (6997m), Annapurna South (7219m), Nilgiri (6820m), and Hiunchuli (6441m), and many others mountains that can be seen from Mohare Hill (3300m).

Like most of the Annapurna treks except Annapurna Circuit, Mardi Himal Trek also starts and ends in Pokhara – second biggest city and naturally blessed place to relax after the big hikes in Annapurna. It is 200km to west from Kathmandu.
