The trail of Annapurna Circuit Trekking is very pleasing. As we move ahead from the deepest gorge of the world (Kali gandaki gorge) at 2520 meters to the highest pass of the world (Thorong La pass) at 5416 meters, we can explore diversity in terms of topography, vegetation, biodiversity, climate and weather condition. Though we traverse through diversity, there is one thing that we will find similar i.e. the spectacular views of mountains in the backdrop. Welcome to the capital city of Nepal! Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal is a center of art and culture. It preserves some fantastic forms of cultural, historical and religious heritages in Nepal. A representative from our company will pick you up and the airport and escort you to a pre booked hotel in Kathmandu. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. You will then be picked up at your hotel for a long drive to the western Nepal. You will be escorted to the vehicle that will take you to Besisahar. Hope into the ride and you will find yourself driving along the lush countryside landscape with scenic views of hills, forests and river. It’s a six to seven hours drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar. Besisahar is the headquarter of Lamjung district. From Besisahar, we initiate our trekking journey. We walk for around two hours to Bhulbhule. Overnight at a teahouse in Bhulbhule

Wake up in the beautiful land with pristine air and lushness all around. After breakfast, we continue with our trekking journey. We walk along the Marsyangdi river to a waterfall at Nadi bazaar. On the way, we will be blessed with some stunning views of Mt. Manaslu. From Nadi bazaar, we walk pass the village of Arkhale to Syange. Syange is a beautiful village that lies in the other side of Marsyangdi river. We cross a long suspension bridge over the river to reach Syange. There is a veautiful waterfall in this village. we further walk pass the village of Jagat to reach Chamje. The shimmering streams, waterfalls and charming settlements are the highlights of today’s journey. Overnight at a teahouse in Chamje

We continue through the trail that goes steep up to a bridge over the Marsyangdi river. We cross the bridge to Rock tooth from where our trail descends downhill to the bottom of the rock tooth. The trail then winds up to Tal village where you can observe a beautiful waterfall that cascades down the cliff. Further, we walk up above the village to cross another suspension bridge to reach the village of Karte. We climb up the village to Thonje Buddhist monastery that lies in the confluence of Dudhkhola and Marsyangdi river. We walk for half an hour from the monastery to be Bagarchap. Overnight at a teahouse in Bagarchap

Leaving Bagarchap, we start ascending up along the forests of rhododendron to Timang. It is an important village in the region. People used to cross Namun La pass via this village to reach Manang. However, now a new route has been introduced hence this ancient route is rarely used by anyone. Further, you walk through the ridges along the forested area towards the west. Today, you will be blessed with some incredible views of Annapurna II, III, IV, Lamjung Kailash, Mt. Manaslu, etc. Today, we walk for around five to six hours until we reach Chame, the headquarter of Manang district. Overnight at a teahouse in Chame

We leave Chame and head towards Pisang. On the way, we will be able to encounter some striking views of Lamjung Himal. We pass a beautiful chotern and mani wall and continue our way towards Bhratang village. we follow a trail on the walls of steep canyon to Pangri Danda. Then we cross a bridge to reach the forested side of Marsyangdi. As we walk pass the forested area, we notice an icy Lamjung ridge. Finally, we open up to the beautiful Pisang valley. No sooner, we will be rewarded with some magnificent views of Pisang peak and Chulu peak. Overnight at a teahouse in Pisang

From Pisang, we start ascending up to Ghyaru village. It’s two hours walk from Pisang with wonderful views of Annapurna Himal in the backdrop. From Ghyaru, we walk for around two hours to reach Ngawal. Here, you will be astounded with some breathtaking views of Annapurna peaks and Pisang peak. After a short descend down from Ngawal, we reach Bhakra from where we walk until we reach Manang. Overnight at a teahouse in Manang

Manang is a beautiful location that lies in the trail of Annapurna Circuit. It is known for its unique terrain and inspiring views of mountains all around. The village is inhabited by some local people and consists if lodges, guesthosues and bakery shops. Today, we spend our day in Manang. As we are gaining altitude, acclimatization becomes must at this point. During the day, we have an option to explore around Tsamkhang, Khangsar ot Gangapurna lake. After a short day walk from Manang, we arrive at the confluence of Khangsar and Jharsang. Fromt his point, the two rivers combine to form Marsyangdi. We follow the trail along the Jharsang river to reach Gunsang. From here, we trek up to reach Yak Kharka. As we open up to the grassland of Yak Kharka, we will be rewarded with some amazing views of peaks in Annapurna range along with the close up views of Gangapurna peak.

As you walk up from Yak Kharka, you will feel the thinness in air. Therefore, make a gradual rise and try not to be harsh to yourself. Rest if necessary. We walk up to cross a suspension bridge over a river to Ledar. From here, we follow a river and ascend up to reach Thorong Phedi. From here, you will have some astounding views of Annapurna III and Gangapurna peak along with other neighboring peaks. Overnight at Thorong Phedi

Today is one of the challenging and most rewarding days of our entire journey. Today, our aim is to accomplish the highest pass of the world – Thorong La pass at 5416 meters. It is also the highest point of Annapurna Circuit Trek. After breakfast, we ascend up to the high camp of the pass. From here, we climb up steep through the snowy trail towards Thorong La pass. It takes us around three to four hours to reach the pass. After reaching the pass, we explore the area. You will be spellbound with the lavishing beauty of mountains around. From the pass, we descend down steep until we reach Muktinath. Overnight at Muktinath

Muktinath is a popular religious site that attracts a lot of Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims. We visit the temple and make or way down along the well graveled road to Kagbeni. We walk pass many villages and settlement areas to Kagbeni. We further continue our walk until we reach Jomsom. Jomsom is a beautiful village will stunning landscape and warm people. The place is known for its amazing hospitality. Tonight, enjoy the warm hospitality of local people in a teahouse in Jomsom

Today, we take an early flight to Pokhara. It is just half an hour flight from Jomsom to Pokhara. Upon arrival, you will be driven to a hotel in Pokhara. You can rest in your room or explore the Pokhara city. It’s on your own choice. Overnight at a hotel in Pokhara

Concluding our journey, we wrap up our trek with a drive back to Kathmandu. The path is same along the scenic terrain to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be dropped at your hotel in Kathmandu. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu

Finally, it’s time for departure. You will be transferred to the airport few hours before your scheduled flight.
